The company founder Mikko Kempas is a trained chief mate and has a master’s degree in Economic Sciences. Mikko has a long experience with challenging tasks in both business and navigation. He has gained experience from, for example, one of the world’s greatest mega yachts and working as a chief mate in Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.
